We had a really bad hot water leak in the crawlspace of our house that was going for awhile before we noticed it. Mold was everywhere. Nick at Rocky Mountain Restoration worked with us and our insurance company diligently to the mold cleaned up and prevention measures of future mold in place, and get as much of it covered by insurance as possible. "I'd like to start by saying that I am a huge advocate of buying local but in mid-January when we had a pipe feeding our hose bib burst and flood a bedroom and closet in our basement, we were very happy to find Rocky Mountain Restoration and Nick, he seemed very responsive and eager to help us navigate the situation. I should have had some concerns following the second night of the remediation when I had to turn on all of the fans following his visit, and one day 3 when the bucket he had not informed me needed to be emptied ... read more
