Please beware of this so called contractor. I watched Chris try to do an addition on my neighbors house and what a disaster. I was called over after the framing had finished and the new roof was 9" higher than the existing roof when it was supposed to line up. When I went over I found so many mistakes and I met with Chris and was directly involved with him before he was fired. He didn't know what he was doing! The truth will set me free…This company was very dishonest with us! Once we knew what to look for, we realized their work was very poor quality, even dangerous for our family . Trusting in them is one of the biggest regrets of my life. They act so nice and can totally talk in circles about why none of the issues that happen on your job are their fault. Chris is the BEST guy & contractor you could ask for. He’s honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. I’ve loved working on projects with these guys and you will to!
If you want someone who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing and will make a mess of your project and wreck your valuable house then hire Chris/RMR. And if you want someone who says things, but doesn’t follow through at all and claims to be present all the time, but hardly is then Chris is the guy. We never got to the point of finish work as he made such a mess of everything else, so we had to terminate them, but maybe he’s good at finishing basements or something.
