I'm not convinced that they put the patient first. To date, they have put their wallets first.
All my kids loved going to sessions, Tammy is great with kids and I enjoyed talking to Cassandra as well. I would recommend the place in a heartbeat.
Emma has been great to work with. My daughter now looks forward to going to sessions, and especially likes meeting in person so that she can do things like make slime, paint with the paint sticks, and play with the ball tower in the waiting room.
Assigned an unlicensed psychologist to see our 10yr old daughter. Told us we would receive regular updates on the appointments. 3000$ spent and they refused to send any updates or respond to emails. Told me I needed to spend further money, book an appointment with the unlicensed psychologist just to get said update. Highly unprofessional practice. Director refused to give any updates. Very unhappy with my experience this far and will be looking into my rights as a parent.
