Dr. Grace is probably a great doctor and she seemed like a good fit for me, but I never got to see her because the front office never returned my voicemails. As someone who has worked front office and acted as gatekepeer for a long time, I can't imagine hearing a message from a potential new patient expressing the truth of their needs and their story, and not even bothering to call to say that there is no availability at this time. I wish I could leave a better review, but the lack of communication is simply staggering.
