I wish I could give this offitce less then 1 star. I've been a client here for over 15yrs. Recently I have had issues refilling my prescriptions and one point was left with out bp meds for over a week. My bp shot up to dangerous levels! I was in the ER for this. I made a follow up appointment with my PC Dr. Velabrol. I was never able to see the doctor because Allysssa at the front desk told me I had an outstanding bill for $124 dollars. I really like my provider Shannon Falbo but the office is not good at follow-up. I called to follow-up about a lab draw. Sent a message and I called and said no one has responded and still no follow up.
My provider Dr. Benage is fantastic, but the office staff here has consistently given me a poor experience in the few times I've interacted with them. Once, I was on hold for about 30 minutes multiple times trying to schedule an appointment over multiple days, so I finally drove over there and requested an appointment in person, and they acted shocked that I was on hold so long and did not seem to care. They don’t have a genuine concern for the patients well being. I was a patient for many years and recently called to schedule a nurse visit to remove stitches from an accident I had. It had been a while since I had been seen by them (have been healthy and haven’t needed to see a doctor), so they were now considering me a new patient and the new patient appt would be a month out.
