My provider Dr. Benage is fantastic, but the office staff here has consistently given me a poor experience in the few times I've interacted with them. They don’t have a genuine concern for the patients well being. I was a patient for many years and recently called to schedule a nurse visit to remove stitches from an accident I had. It had been a while since I had been seen by them (have been healthy and haven’t needed to see a doctor), so they were now considering me a new patient and the new patient appt would be a month out. Incredibly long hold times (documented routine 10-20 minute waits IF anyone picks up the phone at all), and a PA with a regrettable name who calls the police and Social Services if the patient follows the instructions of an actual MD. Couldn't get away to a real doctor fast enough.
I used Really like the Arvada team. And maybe they’re still great, but nobody answers the phone to schedule an appointment. They added a portal so that you can schedule your own; However, I’ve never set up an account online. And there’s no option to set up a new account online. Apparently somebody did set up an account online in that office, because they do have my email in the system.
