The worst power company.
This power company is the worst! I made a payment online nowhere did it say anything about the minimum payment I'd have to make to keep my power on. A few hours later my power was disconnected. 10 minutes after it was disconnected I was on the phone with customer service. Just to find out that it would be an extra $283 reconnect fee. We received no notice that our power would be turned off if I didn't pay what they said the minimum payment was, which I couldn't see anyway.
