You guys really need to put an alerts page on the website. I got a call from you guys saying there was a fraud alert on my account by I had no way of seeing it on my end. Also asking me to fax over my social security number and drivers license is crazy behavior hahaha. There needs to be a better/more secure method than that.

Very disappointed in how this company runs. I have lived in many different places and have never had so many issues with the electric. Outages are frequent in the area with no explanation as to why. But most recently, a planned outage of 6 HOURS took place for our entire street…starting at 6pm. Generally, that’s when most people are home from work, trying to make dinner, and enjoy the night.
