Rates are ridiculous. Customer care is nonexistent...
Power went out then called rocky mtn power company .. they said it was a planned outage but I want notified even though they have my number emails and all that info .. it's even on my page for them to contact me for any outages as I have pets with heat and light needs like my desert tortoise 🐢.. they said it was only supposed to be the 500 block but I live on the 600 block.. doesn't make since that if the technology today they can't look and see where it's gonna effect then notify them especially if it's a planned outage so... read more
Scheduled power outages for infrastructure upgrades??? Seriously??? We lived in Portland and PGE was doing infrastructure upgrades and we NEVER lost power. They're doing it to the residents because they don't have financial pull. The scheduled power outages are during times businesses are closed. Thanks for nothing.
If I could 0 stars, I would. I was bombarded with a surprise debt collection bill after all my information was deleted following my move out and cancelation of service. When calling to inquire about the charges, I was told they had no way to reach me because they had no forwarding address, despite the fact every single notice I ever received from them was via email. Not to mention the fact that we were charged over the moon for our last month in service and no indication why, nearly 300$ for a power bill!! They are shady and... read more
I have had Rocky Mountain Power for about 1 year now. I have never had so many power outages. They need to figure there grids out. There rates are also very high and ridiculous
