Scheduled power outages for infrastructure upgrades??? Seriously??? We lived in Portland and PGE was doing infrastructure upgrades and we NEVER lost power. They're doing it to the residents because they don't have financial pull. The scheduled power outages are during times businesses are closed. Thanks for nothing.
If I could 0 stars, I would. I was bombarded with a surprise debt collection bill after all my information was deleted following my move out and cancelation of service. When calling to inquire about the charges, I was told they had no way to reach me because they had no forwarding address, despite the fact every single notice I ever received from them was via email. Not to mention the fact that we were charged over the moon for our last month in service and no indication why, nearly 300$ for a power bill!! They are shady and... read more
I have had Rocky Mountain Power for about 1 year now. I have never had so many power outages. They need to figure there grids out. There rates are also very high and ridiculous
They've done everything in their power to hide how much they are charging you for power. I've clicked through every tab on their website and even signed into 3rd party services and absolutely nothing. This should literally be front and center and I shouldn't have to call a real person and harass them just to find out how much the power I use is.
