Terrible. How many times can the power go out!?
Complete incompetence. I am fine with the power going out when it does, but for the call center to treat you like sub-human garbage... Nah. Contact me when you guys want real advice on how to run a company like they do in IF. I hope you feel good treating small towns like garbage.

My power has gone off once or twice per day the last month. A tech actually called and explained it to me. When I tried calling, their line was busy. So far, it's been a good power company, and no high bills.
