Endless outages both scheduled and unscheduled. I don't know how it's legal to lose power to multiple cities this often. The management should all lose half their salaries.
Have had them for almost 4 years and I'm not impressed with how many power outages we have, both planned and not planned. They last way too long and take place during the summer.
Terrible company!!! They are so dishonest. They said they were working on our property for 4 hrs and only were at our house for 1. Such a dishonest company. Make sure you document any work that they do for you and have proof.
The worst power company I have ever had! Two major planned outages so far this year alone. I have never had a power company that can't do major upgrades without shutting down the entire system. If there was ever a reason to have a back up generator it's with Rocky Mtn Power.
Absolutely terrible company. They charge insanely high prices and offer zero solutions. After cancelling service and moving, Rocky Mountain Power continued to bill me for two months for the new owners power use and then tried to report me to collections when I argued with them. There are trash
