I live in a mobile home, my heat, stove and water is natural Gas. Yet my electric bill has literally doubled. I now pay $90 a month, up until last year i paid $46! This place is an absolute joke, thanks for ripping me off because you know i dont have a choice, cant imagen what families living in big homes are paying, there is only one of me in this Tiny mobile home, ABSURD.
I'd give zero stars if they would let me, Rocky Mtn. Power is the exact reason companies aren't suppose to have a monopoly, they don't care about their customers only $ , they target & bully their customers & seems like especially the ones that are disabled, how can I pay my bill off down to a zero balance on Dec 6th & be ready for disconnect on Jan. 20, (bill was 79.49) it makes no sense, I had one rep there tell me I must be confused because I have Parkinson's after speaking to her manager it turned out I was correct the w... read more
I have the issue of constant power outtages. And then they contact me and inform me that the power will be going out from midnight until 4am so they can "upgrade" our systems to provide better service. How about we do upgrades in the summer time when it's not 5 degrees outside? Not to mention that they cut the power at 10:40pm when I was informed it would be after midnight. It should be illegal for a company's customer service to be this awful. Especially when they have a monopoly. Look at these ratings. No business could survive with a 2-star rating, except one with a monopoly.
