Yet another power outage. I've lost count of how many outages we've had this year. Never dealt with this many before. It's not like there's a good reason either.
Trash service, power always going out, 6 times in 2 months, insane double bills with bs excuses to charge you because they have a monopoly on electric service. 187 dollars for a "heat wave" which is more than double my highest bill with them. Never been charged more than 100 bucks ever in 35 years in any summer or heat wave. Photos attached, this is a massive scam, anyone else out there scammed like this should contact a lawyer

The worst power company by far. I have owned homes in several states and multiple cities within. I have never experienced as many long lasting outages as I have with them. They keep upping their rates while the seevice goes down. How incompetent is their CEO? At least Texas has putages because of weather. We get outages just because. I can see the appeal of going off grid now. I would experience far fewer outages.
