Glad to have them raise rates all the time, and still have blackouts multiple times a year. This power company sucks and is a monopoly. We need more choices.

Seems these folks drove a service truck through our property without permission to get to one of their lines on a different property even though there is a utility easement specifically for those lines on the south of our property---since 1970 (10 ft wide). Not my fault they haven't maintained the utility easement, but I strongly urge they not do this again, and to use the designated easement from now on. This is the worst POS company I've ever had power through. They ripped me off all winter and A YEAR LATER after I moved somewhere else, DISCONNECTED SERVICE....I never got my deposit back and they just sent me an email notice I have a zero balance due this month 3.12.26 and I haven't lived at the address in over a year. This company can go out of business tomorrow and be bought out by a company with integrity and honesty. I hear their name and go off they have pissed me off beyond words. INSANE COMPANY
