I have the issue of constant power outtages. And then they contact me and inform me that the power will be going out from midnight until 4am so they can "upgrade" our systems to provide better service. How about we do upgrades in the summer time when it's not 5 degrees outside? Not to mention that they cut the power at 10:40pm when I was informed it would be after midnight. When ive called called customer service they are not knowledgeable. They were not able to tell me if the solar panels on my property were feeding back in... read more
It should be illegal for a company's customer service to be this awful. Especially when they have a monopoly. Look at these ratings. No business could survive with a 2-star rating, except one with a monopoly.
