As an engineer who works with Rock Mountain power, a project with their service adds days to the design process. The kafkaesque bureaucratic maze to talk to another engineer about a new service or service upgrade is infuriating. First you have to have the "owner" fill out a form and send it to them, this in itself is difficult when many organizations don't always have an individual that is an owner. Never encounter utility issue ever before forced to use this company, screwups from day one that continue month after month so if you are oddly getting doubled billed every month even though you keep paying things and then your told the same thing again or they repeatedly have you sign up for automated payments but you learn every time is a failed attempt so they can bill you more please give a thumbs up here because my fear is they are charging fees for what they are intentionally doing to many of us and it should be report... read more

Power got shut off due to missing a payment. Bill keeps going up even with less energy being used. We have a 5 month old infant and a 14 year old boy at home and I tried giving them all the money I had so it could be turned on for the night. All while trying to get funds gathered together. They won’t turn it on until account is paid in full and said within 24 hours of payment will they turn it on.
