The guy who worked on our tub was Ryan. Ryan bought rude and unprofessional to a whole new level. Will NEVER do business with this company again.
Jim, the father, made a good solid company. Have had him service the spa and pool at the ranch for years. Unfortunately, he retired a few years ago. The service took a dive. Sloppy and unprofessional
The level of professionalism and creativity was unparralled. I had very specific custom design in mind that no one else would touch. Ryan and Neil not only provided spot on service, they made my design a reality. Best stress reliever investment I've ever made. The guys were punctilious and polite and the craftsmanship was unreal. Highly recommend, no doubt!
I called the guys at RMPS to help me deal with a serious friggin' algae problem in my friends tiled hot tub he's had for about ten years now. With just two visits, they cured the problem(something that the OTHER guys hadn't been able to do for months, hence the switcgh) and have even lowered the amount of chlorine used by suggesting an amazing ozone system we had installed. Pros all the way.
Best Pool and Spa company in the Roaring Fork Valley. They offer service and repair as well as spa sales. They have incredible brands and the staff is very professional.
