I've struggled with neck pain for many years and been to many physical therapists. The thing that RMPT did differently is that they had me do actual exercises during my appointment and strengthened my neck muscles. Then they spent some time massaging and gently stretching the muscles until I can now turn my head without any pain. I would recommend committing to about 3 months of 2 weekly appointments and it will change your life.
