This store has amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff! I am beyond thrilled with my new gear and totally appreciate Jandy's effort to be sure everything was exactly what I needed and wanted! I wore my new Scarpa boots for the 1st time yesterday! I skinned from Hellroaring to the Summit then, after a little break, continued to charge the mountain for another 2-1/2 hours...in brand new boots!!!! Thank you RMO! (I appreciate and love that you also show enthusiasm for Outsiety!)
