"I have been a client of Rocky Mountain Optometry for nearly eight years, and their service has always been excellent. When I encountered an issue with my new glasses, they quickly resolved it by providing me with a replacement pair. I highly recommend them!"
Booked an appointment with the Fernie location, had to wait almost a month to get in. Drive 45 mins one way for the appointment only to be told they booked me at a different location and there would be no way to get me in that day. To add insult to injury when I tried to rebook they wanted me to wait almost another month to get back in. This was their mess up and they admitted as much, but were unwilling to provide any help. Extremely thankful for Rocky Mountain Optometry! They were so kind and accommodating.
Booked an appointment in the Fernie office 3 weeks prior. Drove 45 minuits to get to the appointment, got there and found out they booked us in the wrong office, and they did absolutely nothing to help or fix their own screw up. Will never go back as if they can not figure out appointments I do not want them touching my eyes.
