I was visiting family in Fernie and had an issue with my new glasses with one of the arms that needed adjustment. I called into the store and asked if it was possible for them to be adjusted. Please correct me if I’m wrong, I believe it was Lana who I met and did what was necessary with a friendly smile and at no cost. I had offered to pay. Thank you for your service, it was greatly appreciated.
