Katelyn is the best, I’ve always disliked trying to figure out prescriptions with my less than simple eye issues. But I’ve had the best care since working with Rocky Mountain. The Fernie team is very accommodating, their equipment is top of the line, and the staff all go above and beyond to help out. When life deals you bad eyes, go see Dr Rose
The girls in Rocky Mountain Optometry are so nice and so helpful! They were very knowledgeable and fixed my mountainbike glasses in minutes. Thanks so much to everyone in there. I believe the nice lady that fixed my shades was named Monica
Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. From start to finish of my experience with Dr. Rose and the entire team has been outstanding. I had/have a complex eye situation and had been to see 2 other optometrists prior to being referred to the Fernie clinic. Dr. Rose went above and beyond and give me hope which is priceless. Hands down would recommend them to anyone.

Booked an appointment with the Fernie location, had to wait almost a month to get in. Drive 45 mins one way for the appointment only to be told they booked me at a different location and there would be no way to get me in that day. To add insult to injury when I tried to rebook they wanted me to wait almost another month to get back in. This was their mess up and they admitted as much, but were unwilling to provide any help.
