We have a 2025 Casita Spirit Deluxe travel trailer. It had some relatively minor glitches, with a couple gouges to the fiberglass roof and a cracked pipe below the black tank. Robert and Jenny worked almost seamlessly with Jeromy at Casita to make the necessary warrantied repairs. Robert has an eye for detail, as well as the experience, to make the proper repairs correctly and thoroughly. Amazing service and honesty. They were able to get us in and out same day for a front to back service and inspection. Worth the money as they go the extra mile to make sure its done right the first time. Will be bringing my RV here again. -Family owned and operated -Customer Servicce Puppers doing a great job. Very good experience. The whole team was very good to work with. Took 5th wheel in for tire wesr. Found a new axle was needed. Repsir was done in a week. Rob will retourqe after 500 miles. I highly recommend.
They are HORRIBLE at returning inquiries and claim that it takes 3 days to a week just to get an estimate. They failed to get back to me multiple times this entire year. I will happily drive further out of my way to receive better customer service from somewhere else!
Repaired our 36 ft slide topper quickly, efficiently and took extra measures to ensure everything was working properly (Springs, tension, end cap alignment and ensured retract/extension works)! The owner took time to explain the work completed in detail. We’d highly recommend taking your RV there. A plus is the lot is secured and they are able to handle big rigs (44ft long motorhome). The office staff was kind and helpful!
