Giving two stars because everyone I engaged with was nice and friendly and the shop dog is adorable. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the quality of work done here; since over the course of two weeks, they were unable complete a battery swap, The front office seemed very confused and they lied (likely unintentionally) about the work completed. I dropped my Ford Transit off to swap out a dead battery, saying I would need the vehicle in two weeks for a road trip. Passing through Denver on our trip from Norfolk Virginia to Orangeville Utah our trailer brakes failed. We contacted Rocky Mountain RV Service and Trailer Repair for help. They took us in right away and started working the trailer brake problem, when the Technician saw a broken shackle on the trailer suspension and told us we had major issues. Needless to say they stayed late installing new leaf springs, shackles and fix the brakes that day and got us back on the road. Thank you to Robert and his Team. V/R, Keith Foster
Treated me like family and I made it safely back to Florida...Just wish they were here in the Tampa Bay Area.
Paul and Jaeden gave me solid support today. My awning was broken. They were able to take it off in half the estimated time so that I could safely drive it home. Getting it there was stressful! I have been here for service at least 3 times over the past 3 years for different reasons: faulty circuit breaker, repacking tires, and now a broken awning. Each time, they provided excellent customer service from the initial call to getting me back up and running. I would definitely recommend them!
