I have friends that have lived in this community for many years and I am a frequent visitor. The improvement over the past few years has been remarkable. Ever since the park changed ownership, you can really see the care and effort put into turning it into a clean, well-run, and welcoming place. The corporate owner is pure criminal. Scott bought the park June 15th 2020. He almost immediately put up a long list of demands on the tenants, some who had resided there as much as 30 years, that made it nearly impossible for tenants to continue living there. Setting them up to be in non-compliance and creating a justification for evicting a shocking number of the tentants.
