Unprofessional person who conducted our hearing tests went on a racist rant to a co-worker. Air conditioner was running in the trailer and was difficult to hear the beeps over it, had the rooms been properly sound proof and the earphones actually fit over the ears it would have been better. 6 people in a row were reported to have left ear hearing loss which seems highly unlikely. I suspect the equipment was faulty. Reported incident to our employer.
I got my hearing test done today with your firm and the guy who was the technician was extremely racist he kept sighing on everything i said or did and expressed a very rude behavior even if i was being polite all the time his name was karsren chirzynrki.
Karen was an amazing resource and an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. She was always willing to answer questions and to promptly accommodate our mask fitting requests. Would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Mobile Hearing Testing!!
