Eric put me through the wringer! And it was exactly what my shoulders, chest and neck needed. They have been tight for a while now and it feels incredible to experience greater mobility. He also gave me a number of exercises I can do on my own to retain that mobility and shape. Thanks Eric!

Absolutely amazing experience with Eric. I went into my first appointment in very rough shape. A major difference when I left.
