An immediate family member of mine is a patient here, which I help care for, and I am very unsatisfied with the lack of communication from this team. Me & said family member will leave messages on their phone lines + their portal and many messages will be ignored. Clinical team is never on the line to take a call. Their portal is absolutely useless to see clinical plans. I would not suggest this practice to anyone I know, I would suggest driving further into town to get better care.
One of the medical assistants here was SO helpful, went out of her way to explain some labs to me before I saw the doctor. Really impressed :)
