I used Rocky Mountain hot tub for 14 years to service my hot tub on a biweekly basis. My old tub died and I ended up getting a tub from a friend in Denver who is a dealer. I contacted Rocky Mountain hot tub to restart my service and they refused me as a customer. Since I did not buy my new tub from them, they are indicating they would not service my new tub. Even though their website talks about service, etc. It is unbelievable that after 14 years of being a great customer, I am now denying service.
Jake, Peter, and Josh did a great job with our new hot tube purchase, setup, and install. There were some delays in manufacturing the tub due to COVID-19, but Jake and his team did a good job of communicating with us and keeping us apprised of the situation. When the time came, the install, which was a bit tricky, went smoothly, as did the inspections. We are now enjoying the hot tub, and I would recommend Rocky Mountain Hot Tub to anyone due to their responsiveness and professionalism. And we love the Bullfrog spa.

We have had a great experience with Ricky Mountain Hot Tubs. Peter was great in the showroom and answered all our questions. Installation went without a hitch - everyone very professional. Very different experience than with other companies! Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Hot Tubs!
