Ben was very quick to come get me an estimate, and very quick to get ordered and installed. I had called 3 companies to come get bids, only got one other one and it was $2000.00 higher and not a good named product. Ben, got me a bid the same day. He removed old units one day and the next day, he brought in and installed new heat and air units. Very impressed with product and service and he had very good knowledge of all products. owner installed heat pump for us at an excellent price, but never returned to install correct thermostat. does not return calls or emails? can not understand how this helps their business. we are fed up trying.
