When I had set up the appointment it was for two of us, but in the rescheduling of it only my name was on it. The one who really needed didn't get seen. If we only had a car, then we could make another appointment for him.
My experience was very positive. I learned about my hearing loss and the unique challenges of just needing a hearing aid in one ear. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Hearing Aid.
