RecommendedHighly recommend Rocky Mountain Hearing Aid. They support their products after sale and stay on top of my hearing health. The ease of getting my hearing aid benefit through Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP was great. I also appreciate the convenience of getting my appointments in Hamilton.
I didn’t feel like I was listened too And came out more and more confused all day as I went back and forth with them.
My husband had a need for a better hearing aid than his years old one. We had some info from this company so decided to try them out. He only hears our of one ear so only needs one hearing aid. This one aid with the promotion price was almost $4000.00 and he has to buy the wax plugs that the other company provided for free. To top it all off- he now hears worse and the two times we have driven 100 miles one way to buy the wax plugs- this place has been closed- during regular hours.... Go figure.. I do not use the product, never have. But they refuse to take my off their mailing list. I have written them, I have called them, I have stopped by in person to ask them to stop sending me junk mail. Assholes!
