Ordered my patio glass in May 2025.. 1500. Put half down . Today is November 20 25 and crickets. He said he had a leg injury in August but still. I tried being Patient. Big Supporter of small business. You can always try so much. I guess it’s a right off for me.
Horrible experience, countless missed commitments over 5 months. Countless calls went unanswered, able to get through once a month only to be given commitments that would not be met. Put in the wrong shower door system and color and never delivered or installed deck railing which a deposit was paid on, deposit never returned. Quote may look attractive but the rest was a nightmare with Jed. If you want to lay awake at night and donate money you have come to the right place.
They don’t follow through and finish the job once they’ve been paid. Been waiting six months.
No product,no install,no refund of 825.00 deposit. Lots of excuses and stalls. Reported to Colorado Attorney General for fraud,reported to credit card company, and reported to CO better business even though not a member. I discovered I wasn't the only victim.
