My husband and I visited on January 2 to help me find a sweatshirt that I could take back home. The lady who was there was so thoughtful and helpful to me. This is a wonderful place for picking up gifts, souvenirs, shirts, most anything you could want. And there's a great restaurant attached to it. Highly recommend!

Went to look for souvenirs as soon as we walked in they didn’t even greet us just stared at us the whole time. We walked around looking and she followed us as well as if we were doing a crime. Maybe our ethnicity Hispanic didn’t feel welcomed. Other places they welcome you didn’t feel that here.

Nice place for shopping and eat some nice food once you are done from Rocky Mountains National Park . It’s on the entrance of the park and have huge parking lot for the lot of cars and for the buses also in the back. One can find a lot of souvenir from Estes park here. .they have very huge collections of tshirt and other stuff from park and Estes park related items . Experienced and Kind Rangers, get that time reservation for day hours 9AM-2PM between Mid May and October** otherwise, opens up in the late afternoon around 2PM and don't need a time registration. Gorgeous hiking, but if that is not your thing, go for a drive, you cannot miss the views.
