This is honestly the best gym you’re going to get at this price point in Denver metro. Well-priced, tons of equipment, space, and great hours. I would hesitate to recommend this gym to total gym-newbies since there’s a strong gym-bro energy from the patrons (shockingly witnessed this more with the women unfortunately). Great, place. Everyone is friendly. Facility is well staffed and of course clean. Has all the equipment anyone would need. The people that attend, enjoy being in the gym and you can feel that atmosphere during the course of your workout.
I used to go to the big chain gyms because they’re cheap. The one I used to go to wasn’t that great, so I decided to check out Rocky Mountain Flex, and I’m so glad I did because now I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else. Great community with a lot to offer!
The best gym I’ve been a member of. There is equipment for any type of workout, and the layout is well designed. The owners and staff are welcoming and passionate about the work.
I can’t say enough great things about this gym! The equipment is high-quality, the environment is motivating, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you’re into powerlifting, bodybuilding, or general fitness, this place has something for everyone. The gym is kept clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus.
