I’ve tried numerous gyms throughout the state while moving around but RM Flex is the best out there. The staff is amazing and everyone in the gym is great. Everyone in the gym is always working to better themselves and helps bring the overall vibe of the gym to the best possible level. The space is also one of a kind with something for everyone and if they don’t have it ownership is always willing to explore the possibility to get the right equipment.
My first time in the staff was wonderful and took their time showing me around the facility. There is a great environment while working out, everyone is kind and aware of their surroundings. Very clean and well spaced equipment. I will definatly be back.
I’ve been going to Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness three days a week for over two years, working with my trainer Brandon, and it’s become a place I genuinely look forward to working out at every time. One of if not the best gym ive ever been to! Sooo much speciality equipment I’ve never found at any other gym (cambered barbell, belt squat, pendulum squat, kb’s >100lbs, etc). Memberships are also limited so it doesn’t get too crowded. I’ve been coming here for over 1.5 yrs and it’s been a great experience ever since I started, super welcoming! Chris and Sam, keep up the great work!
Chris the owner verbally attacked two females that was paying there membership fees. For a whole year they were members. The women reported his unprofessional conduct. And Chris the owner retaliated by revoking their membership. This is unethical and unexceptable behavior. All women stop going here you are NOT SAFE.
