I'm not one to typically leave a review but after this experience I feel the need to share with others. Our insurance said this was the only provider "in-network" I called to make an appointment and was asked to make a $100 non-refundable deposit which felt like a bit of red flag. I decided to ask some more questions if they take insurance why I need to pay this and for more information on the price of their services.
