After being six minutes late to our appointment, we were turned away on a Friday afternoon, and I needed to take my daughter to urgent care for her strep throat. I understand I was late, but the policy seemed a bit harsh. Today, I was given a bill for $50 for a no- show fee after I am already paying an urgent care bill. This is a ridiculous and unkind policy to a family who has been seeing this office for 15 years. I have never heard of these new policies or been treated in such a rude manner.
