After being six minutes late to our appointment, we were turned away on a Friday afternoon, and I needed to take my daughter to urgent care for her strep throat. I understand I was late, but the policy seemed a bit harsh. Today, I was given a bill for $50 for a no- show fee after I am already paying an urgent care bill. This is a ridiculous and unkind policy to a family who has been seeing this office for 15 years. I have never heard of these new policies or been treated in such a rude manner.

Saw Dr. Samuelson today. Was sent to his office by the V.A. for a C&P appointment. Dr. Samuelson is a Dr. I wouldn’t mind seeing on a regular basis. I was impressed by him. Seemed to me that unlike the V.A. Dr. Samuelson actually cares about Veterans. Thank-You Dr. Samuelson for a awesome C&P experience!
RMFP, is the best! All the staff and my Dr. Scott Samuelson are a very caring and make you feel so compfortable from the time you walk in to the time you walk out of their offices. Best! Medical Staff ever! �
This is the best doctors office EVER. I have severe medical anxiety and have had my fair share of medical procedures, but this place, specifically Dr. Holly and Dr. Sammi, is amazing. I've never felt so well taken care of. I'm moving 20 miles out of town and will still make the drive to come here. Thank you RMFP!
Dr. Cranor and Rocky Mountain Family Physicians have been my General Practice guys since 1996 and I feel safe and secure in their hands...
DR.Carrie Reynolds is great and respectful! Staff is upbeat and kind. Finnaly found a place where I am comfortable.
