Wow, this place has gone seriously downhill. They have a serious customer servos problem. It’s like nobody cares anymore. Very disappointed!
Didn't communicate with the referring doctor, Didn't do the correct exam, so my insurance wouldn't cover the visit. I was forced to pay $200 for virtually nothing accomplished. The receptionist was rude and didn't seem to care that their mistakes cost me money I shouldn't have had to pay out, for absolutely nothing accomplished. I would not recommend this facility. When RMEC took my $628, they did not tell me their computer precision lenses were inherently blurry at the edges of the PC screen. Only when I confronted them did they admit it and said they might give me a partial of about $75.?They're like the used car sales man who say, Oh, you mean you didn't want to buy want a car that doesn't run? Here is a refund of $500 of the thousands you paid. They must think we are ignorant. I'll update this after I file a grievance with my Insurance, credit card, and medicaid .
