I always go to the Northside location because I had bad experience at the Southside location today I had a horrible experience at the Northside location from the dr. the assistant that called me back even apologized.! I was diagnosed with chronic dry eyes by a dr there about 3 to 4 yrs ago. the dr I seen today told me I was too young to have chronic dry eyes so he wish I would stop saying that. when I clearly did not diagnose myself. he asked if I read a lot or on the computer I said no just the normal daily activity like ev... read more
I've been receiving treatment here on a regular basis for a year. I've seen at least 5 of the ophthalmologists on staff. Every single one of them has been kind, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about my condition. They don't patronize or condescend to me when I ask questions, and I ask a lot of questions. I've been wearing glasses for 32 years and by far these are the best eye doctors I've ever seen.
I am supposed to see a Retinologist once a year and I guess my case wasn’t good enough for him and he refuses to see me anymore!!! The staff is very professional
