I’ve used RME Balzac service 3 separate times for my SV340 machine, and don’t recommend them. Each time issues have arose from their work. The first time was an alternator replacement which required the rad to be removed. The hose clamps weren’t tightened after reassembly and I ended up losing all the coolant and overheating the machine. I also had an electrical issue later on that ended up being a faulty relay which was found after $2000 of diagnostics. What a great time buying my first piece of equipment. Let me tell you about the 3 great guys who helped every step of the way. 1. Kaleb: Answered a million questions about a super wide range of machines, super helpful sales guy! Knows how to hunt down the answers. 2. Ryan: Went over the machine with a fine tooth comb after it arrived and made sure I was good to go mechanically. 3. Eric: Fixed up the wiring of my attachments like some sort of wizard, flawless technician. 10/10 delivering and supporting my machine
drivers don't know how to drive going across medians, cutting off people, going 30 in a 60 zone.
