Great people
Anthony was amazing! Great to deal with on phone, found us the parts and held them until we could come in later that day. Plus - the icing on the cake was when we didn’t have quarters for the kids for the candy machine and he got some from his own wallet. Incredibly kind and made the day - thank you!
Great service and parts department
I’ve used RME Balzac service 3 separate times for my SV340 machine, and don’t recommend them. Each time issues have arose from their work. The first time was an alternator replacement which required the rad to be removed. The hose clamps weren’t tightened after reassembly and I ended up losing all the coolant and overheating the machine. I also had an electrical issue later on that ended up being a faulty relay which was found after $2000 of diagnostics.
