Gehl RT210. Nasty motor vibration issue. Had 4 other mechanics tap out.. or quote ridiculous parts replacement shotgun strategies with no evidence of actual technical troubleshooting. Took it in to RME - Tyler and the boys had it all figured out in record time.. broken fan blade. Thats it. Gave the ol'Gehl a soapy and an Edmonton Block Heater, shes out the door. Reasonable, professional and a positive experience!
Brought my skid steer in with codes and a poor running condition that another dealership didn’t even know where to start to fix the problem. Talked with Tyler and Dave and they were very knowledgeable about what to check and had it figured out within hours. They went above and beyond to get my unit fixed and back to me , everyone was great to deal with and I will definitely be buying my next unit from them. I highly recommend RME Edmonton to anyone with case construction equipment

I rarely leave a review, but feel this one is well deserved. From the start of my service request in having my Skid Steer fixed/serviced at my farm, these guys really seemed to be on their game. Their field technician "Genny" called me right on schedule to service my equipment at the farm. This guy did me an excellent job, he was very efficient, thorough, and confident in his work.
