No warnings, no explanations even after requesting them multiple times and then they send you to collections within 4 months. Then serve lawsuit papers when you again simply try to get answers. Truly vile people
Terrible billing services! They don't work well with insurance companies -- we have excellent insurance, and, for whatever reason, they sent my husband's ER bill to a collection agency. Avoid them if you can.
They never sent a bill, they just turn it over to collections in Phoenix. Go to Bingham if you need an ER.
Horrible customer service. This is a scam. Not sure why I am getting multiple bills from a place that I have never been to. Healthcare in this country is a scam
