Dr. Von Doersten has been absolutely outstanding. From my first appointment, he took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. First time going here. Receptionist was friendly and quick. Got seen before my actual appointment time! Tech was friendly. Dr was great. Listened and explained everything well. Overall a great experience!
My doctor is amazing. Love all the staff.
Doctors are great, but the optician department is a joke. 5 people sitting at the front desk, and not one of them bothered to let me know I have to check in with them, to pick up glasses. I stood in the optical department waiting, as multiple employees walked past me, and none of them assisted me. I asked one of the two ladies in the back room, who were on their cell phones, where I go to pick up glasses, and one of them finally informed me to check in up front.
