Excellent care Not their fault but I can't have my extreme hearing loss corrected with a hearing aide. Medicare isn't free, isn't welfare, and it's the law that at 65 you have to take it or lose it forever and be thrown into the private market. They told me that my " quality of life would be significantly increased if my loss of hearing issue was addressed). Well this SUCKS. Dr Watley is a very genuine and passionate man when it comes to his work. He truly cares about his patience and has a passion for what he does. He performed 2 surgeries on me and both were top notch with the after care as well. Office staff is very personable and friendly as well. I would highly recommend his services to people.

Dr. Watley performed my recent sinus surgery, which was, literally, life changing. I couldn't be happier with the results of what he did for me. But beyond that, he did the best job of explaining my pathology and outlining treatment options of any physician, of any specialty, that I've ever seen. He brought a very human element to our discussions. He was funny, cared about my life (beyond just my sinuses), and seemed as thrilled with the successful surgical outcome as I was. tried to make an appointment for long standing eustachian tube dysfunction. woman that answered the phone seem to be misinformed, at best. told me I would need a referral from my doctor and a vertigo test. people know when they have vertigo. I don't know why they would charge you for a test when you can clearly walk in the office on your own two feet. it was clear they didn't want to see me or we're too incompetent to do so. I will find care elsewhere. pity, 15 years ago they were trustworthy.
