Do NOT use this company to clean your carpets. The owner is unprofessional and takes no accountability. I am a repeat customer and despite making multiple attempts over a week to email and text to ask about the price, I received no response. He then proceeded to leave an invoice with an $80 increase. He has also damaged my home the last two time he has been here. This time he denied fault even though the evidence of him taking a chunk out of my wall was still on the carpet when I got home.
