Paid $587 to diagnose and fix an issue with my truck. They swapped the fuel filter and unplugged my IAT sensor and said it was “fixed”. An initial test drive seemed like it was fixed. Issue came back the next day with a CEL also for the unplugged sensor. Went back today and they wanted to charge more and not make things right.

I’m overall pretty disappointed with my experience taking my truck here. I was charged 2.5 hours of labor ($460) just to trace ABS wires, which is a relatively straightforward task, and they also attempted to charge an additional $30 in parts even though no actual repairs were completed on my truck. After I decided not to move forward with the repair, my truck was returned with the batteries not properly reconnected. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Deisel. DJ and Nancy were very nice in the office. Kerry and his team of mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. They did quality work and demonstrated great initiative to determine why my turbo boost was not working.

I had brought my ram 2500 into them several times to have work done from front end work, rear axle seals and EGR valves. I’ve had to take it back to them for everything but the front end to have it redone. I’m currently having to pay another shop to redo the work that they couldn’t do correctly the first time or even the second time. I will never take my truck back to them again. I feel that they do subpar workmanship.
