My car broke down last week at sat at the Hyundai dealership for 4 days (untouched). I call these guys to cancel my oil change and they told me to bring it in! What a life saver that was! They started looking at my car 30 seconds after it got there, they called for every step of the way confirming prices and expectations. I was able to pick up my car while they’re technically closed because they finished it so fast!! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Life savers
They gave me a free loaner car to drive that was more comfortable than mine !!! It also showed their technical expertise, since it had 191,000+ miles on it and ran fine !! I almost did not want to give it back... The KIND and EFFICIENT service advisor was GREAT !!! She answered all my questions and told me how to hold down my costs with their specials and a coupon !!! Really disappointed with there customer service I had them do injectors on my truck and they did bother to call me to say the starter was bad to it ran and started when I took it in and now ive gone through 2 brand new starters and they didn't bother putting the truck back together so I had to wait for them to do that and they half fasted it they charged me $2100 and the truck dosent run
