I had an amazing experience at Rocky Mountain. The team was honest, friendly, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my car. They got the repairs done quickly and at a fair price. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but these guys have earned my business from now on!
There is no good words for this shop I took it in for injectors and haven't had it back for long and it hydrolocked again on the side they "fix" my whole experience with them was bullshit no communication on top of a hand full of other things im extremely disappointed with they're work and the shitty parts they use i will not be going back and will be taking it to a real shop to have it fixed
Took my truck in to have oil leaks fixed and a/c fixed .They had it 2 weeks nothing was done or wasn't notified.it has been back in 4 times and still leaks oil .took 2 times to fix a/c.Use to be a great shop when they had a lady running in the office not no more no communication. I dont think I should have to take my truck in 4 times and it's still not fixed after spending alot of money .Will not be going back
My car broke down last week at sat at the Hyundai dealership for 4 days (untouched). I call these guys to cancel my oil change and they told me to bring it in! What a life saver that was! They started looking at my car 30 seconds after it got there, they called for every step of the way confirming prices and expectations. I was able to pick up my car while they’re technically closed because they finished it so fast!! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Life savers
