After talking with Dr explaining how someone in the pocatello office canceled prescriptions. Making it to where my wife had to go 2 weeks without meds. Due to pharmacy complications. The Dr told us if we don't like their services. Find someone else. I was not rude to him. I was expecting for some understanding. My wife went into septic shock due to a different complication. And they still refuse to remove the 165.00 no show fee. I guess I can contact DOPL and file a complaint
After today I will probably be requesting a new person to see other than Justin rogers. He does not listen to me but I was giving him a second chance. But after today no more chances. He refused to send portneuf medical iv therapy nurses an order just to see what my blood sugar was at. My insulin pump was reading just HIGH and they were worried about me.
