Negative five with not even one star
I was prescribed a medication nearly three weeks ago, and it's sitting at my pharmacy awaiting authorization by my insurance. My insurance cannot authorize it because the request hasn't been sent by this provider. We were told that we would have to wait for the authorization to be sent; I guess whenever they get around to it. NOT HAPPY.
Not impressed with Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center. My adult son was newly diagnosed with type 1 and as a family we have been in shock trying to cope and respond. I called requesting to talk to a nurse when his numbers weren't coming down and was transferred to an education specialist. Later my son had a meeting with the education specialist and was told that only one person could come as a support person!
Pretty disappointing, the staff does not call you back when you request a call back. I called about a pre-auth for my medication on two different Occasions.. both within 30 days of each other.. and still have yet to get a call back. Goes to show that clients are not a priority.
Dr. David liljenquest is my favorite he helping me so much with everything best doctor I’ve had!! So much help!!
