I had an appt for my child with Dr. Smith. I felt flustered due to car trouble and did not call to warn I was going to be late. My appt was at 1pm and I was told to arrive 15 min before. Well I arrived 2 minutes before 1pm. From the get go, reception was incredibly kind and checked us in. Very lax on returning phone calls
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the PA Justin Rogers. He is the only doctor of any kind that my 14 yr old opens up to. Weight management is a very emotional subject for many people and he is so so very kind and empathetic. He tells anecdotes from his own life in order to build a relationship. When he comes in the room he makes you feel like you are the only patient he has to see that day and will stay with you until he makes sure that all of your questions and concerns are answered. My son has special needs and needed to go to an endocrinologist. We will not be returning. There were a couple of kind nurses who were helpful but the rest of it has been a crap show to say the least. I will be sending a letter detailing everything we've dealt with in this office since day 1. Please don't take your child here. Especially if you have a child with a rare genetic condition like mine. dr lilenquest has no idea what he is doing with thyroid disorders, he said my thyroid levels were "close enough" to in range even though they are out of range and I feel horrible
