We had a first rate experience with these folks. The repair of our hale damage was excellent. We highly recommend them.
Met Denise @ the Denver Home Show in the spring; she was knowledgable and sold us on the value of RMDS. Contacted the company in early July and it took a few days but they did eventually reply. Asked tons of questions and then just stopped. So we never got a quote or anything. Such an unprofessional way to do business. If a customer isn't a fit, that's OK, as I'm sure the service isn't for everyone but to just stop replying? Yikes.
