One of your employees.. Jon MacMillan.. recently commented on bakken fail of the day that "city folk" are a bunch of dumbasses.. as most of the workers in the bakken are migrant workers (including myself).. many being from large cities.. I find it highly offensive that he can simply insult an entire class of people simply because they were born in the city.. it is basically the amae as being racist, sexist, etc..
