A Truly Positive Change in Our Community I've lived in this apartment complex for several years, and for a long time, I was ready to move out. I was shocked to see a racist comment made by the manager of this place. Someone in a leadership position, who likely works with people from all backgrounds, should not hold such discriminatory views. Customer service requires respect and inclusivity, and this manager clearly lacks both. Very disappointing!🤢
Very excited and happy to be back with Rocky Mountain Communities where I started my career. The staff and our affordable housing communities have been great to work with. Looking forward to the work ahead in 2025.
When I started working for RMC I was really impressed with the culture and environment in the headquarters offices. I got a signed welcome card and everyone not only believes in the mission but enjoys the hard work. The Capitol Center has designed the communal work spaces really nicely. It snowed this morning and the views of the surrounding city are amazing!
Maintenance crew here at the Mountain Terrace apartments are worth NOTHING they suck the property looks crappy. When we first moved in it was beautiful minor things but livable now this maintenance do nothing but drive around like its a race track in the golf cart. Other than that these places are great office ladies are great. If the maintenance would do their jobs it would be 100% but they don't so, they need to be FIRED.
