I brought my car in after it was sideswiped on the passenger side back in August 2023. It took nearly a year before the repair shop finally got it in July 2024. Since the original repair, I’ve had to bring it back four additional times. First return: The doors weren’t installed properly. You could feel wind coming through the seals while driving. they were great at first. came for an estimate on a repair, they told me they would have the quote next week. when the time came i tried following up with the manager who I dealt with originally. He would not respond to my emails or take my calls. I left multiple messages and eventually moved on to a different body shop. This was unfortunate since I was trying to award them the work.
The staff are friendly and are there to meet your needs and deal with your concerns. I highly recommend them.
