They don't pay their advertising bills. They owe us over $5,000.00 from 2022. They continually made promised to pay and never did. We were forced to pull their ad. As a small local business, this was a big blow. Any company that lies and promised to pay it's bill only to keep you running their ads until you simply cannot carry their debt any longer should not be used or trusted. They canceled my appointment that I had to schedule weeks in advance the day before it was scheduled. I have been waiting for weeks to get my ducts cleaned before turning my system on and now I'll likely have to wait weeks again during the start of the cold season.

I had clean air come out and clean the ducts in my house and it was great! Like other reviews mention, there are plenty of upgrades that are available but I felt no pressure from the salesperson. It was very clear the promotional price vs the upgrades. All in on they were great and got the job done!
