I used to buy here when we came to Park City but after this week, never again. When I asked one clerk if they had any ornaments with Park City on it, she snorted and said condescendingly, "we can customize anything in the store so there are hundreds of choices." She must have realized how that sounded because she then directed me to a small display with some pre-customized ornaments on it.
