The owner of this franchise needs to take personal responsibility for 100% of every part of this business. This includes accepting responsibility for poor customer service and the poor cleanliness reports from guests that have witnesses bad situations! I personally witnessed an employee drop several pieces of chocolate candy on the floor, pick it up and place it in a customers bag! when I posted a bad review about this situation, the owner did not offer a mature response.
