RecommendedThis is such a cute and fun store!! The new owners were kind and warm. We got lots of goodies! And everything was delicious. 😍
Lady was super rude we had everything picked out what we wanted and then decided they didn’t deserve our money and we walked out. Went to another shop down the street and they overheard us talking about our bad experience and he also said she was rude and he ended up walking out as well.
Kid friendly (of course), delicious product, and good care for people with food allergies.
I purchased 2 monster apples, after cutting into one and it being fine, ripe and fresh, I cut open the second, as I cut into it I noticed it falling apart, I looked in between the pieces only to find it rotten. That's not the worst part, I called in to the store to ask what can be done only to be met with an attitude and a response of " I don't know what to tell you"! The "factory" was so clean & inviting. The service was superb. Ice cream & waffle cone was wonderful. One of the two highlights of the day!
I went into this establishment not 30 minutes ago only to be ignored by the young man at the service counter, but I was appalled at the service being so incredibly slow. I also saw clothing being stored as well as papers in a corner of the store where both attendants were handling food. I felt that my time waiting (approximately 20 minutes ) was simply a waste of my time.
