Rocky Mountain Catastrophe & Restoration was very responsive to our flood and remediation proceeded promptly preventing further damage from delay. The process/containment allowed us to remain in our home. The restoration was coordinated and implemented across several repair disciplines in 7 work days, all to our satisfaction. All RMC&R employees and subcontractor personnel were professional in all aspects, including being attentive to any questions/issues we had.

Unfortunately I have had several issues with water damage of varying sizes some on the floor others on the ceiling. In all instances Rocky Mountain Cat sent over very qualified individuals for each phase of the repair. They were each very efficient. They came, did what was required of them and left. After they finished you would not know if there was any damage. I was very pleased with their work.

The staff at Rocky Mountain Catastrophe was great! Very responsive and did an excellent job explaining the results of the Mold test. Allison in the office was fantastic, always available to answer any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide.
