From the time we were looking for a place for our Mom to today, Melissa has been more than awesome with our family and especially our Mom! This home is always clean and welcoming. We could. Ot be happier with the facility. Thank You!!
I have had a horrible experience here. The only thing they care about is how their dining room is and the $4000 windows in the dining room. I am here to tell you it is filthy place to live. We have had bedbugs and cockroaches just unbelievable and nothing is ever done correctly. You’re just push side, none of your feelings or problems are validated or considered
My elderly aunt has been well taken care of at River Pointe. She has developed a great relationship with many of the staff and nurses. We have been pleased with River Pointe.
Friendly sharing with residents right from the start. Beautiful wholesome environment. Good care received through dedicated caring insightful management and with caring staff members. Problems solved well, including financial adjustments needed.
I love working with the residents and staff at River Pointe. Everyone here from the aides, dietary staff, receptionist, maintenance guy, and housekeeper help ensure the residents are safe and well taken care of!
